I’m Seraphine Wanami, a Boston, MA based Portrait Photographer.
This movement was created because in the last couple years of photographing families and many women, I am always inspired and motivated by my female clients who are over 40.

We will have a consultation appointment to discuss your story and your unique vision for the portrait experience.
I will coach you on what to wear and bring to your portrait session so you feel confident and excited for your portrait experience while looking your best.
You will have time for about 3 outfits/looks during your studio portrait session.
Makeover
Our Professional team of hair and makeup artist will help get you ready on the day of your portrait experience.
Our professional makeup artist can create anything from soft and natural look to a super glam fashionista look.
It’s really about your unique vision, desire and personality and style. We’ll help you feel confident and work with you to create a mood board and a vision for your photoshoot. This is an amazing experience filled with selfcare and one of the highest expression of self love.

Portrait expérience
The portrait experience begins when you make the decision to give us a call. Upon receiving your inquiry the first step is to schedule a discovery call followed by a design and wardrobe consultation at the studio then on day of creating the portraits you arrive and start by getting your makeup experience.
Following the makeup, I will start photographing you. We create a fun and relaxed environment so that we can create authentic portraits that show your personality and perhaps show off the person you aspire to be and imagine you are.
We provide posing, direction and set the lights so that we can create flattering portraits that showcase your most authentic and powerful self.
The experience of creating portraits is extremely fun and empowering. You may enter a little shy and nervous but you will definitely leave feeling like the powerhouse you are when the session is over.

As one of the women in my 40 over 40 movement you will receive:
CONSULTATION - To the vision, your story and how you want to be photographed followed by creating a plan for the wardrobe & styling.
ACCESS TO OUR STYLE CLOSET - You may wear any of the dresses in our studio wardrobe during your portrait session, if you desire.
HAIR & MAKEUP - You will get your hair & makeup done for the portrait session. We will custom tailor your hair & makeup look to your vision & desires.
PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE with Seraphine - A fully guided portrait experience by Seraphine to help you feel confident & radiant in your portraits.
Viewing and Ordering Guidance - Where you see all your portraits & order your favorite portraits this can be done on the same day or schedule a time for you to return to the studio to view and select your favorite portraits. During this step we will curate your portraits and determine how you would like to enjoy them be it wall portraits, legacy box or album. Most people pick a combination of two.
PORTRAIT OF YOUR CHOICE - You will get one portrait of your choice (a $250 value) in print & digital format. Or, if you wish to get more than one image, we can give you a $250 print credit to a larger portrait or package instead.
YOUR STORY FEATURED - Your story & photos will be published on our blog & social media so we can share how fabulous you are with the world.
TICKET TO PORTRAIT EXHIBITION & COCKTAIL CELEBRATION- When the project is complete, we will host an exhibition featuring a portrait of each of the fabulous 40 women over 40 we have photographed. You will have a ticket to attend this event.
