Seraphine Photography is a boutique portrait studio based in Braintree, MA. We specialize in custom portrait experiences for families, children,

women, maternity, and professionals. Our work celebrates confidence, legacy, and beauty while delivering an elevated, high-touch experience.

We're currently looking for a Studio Assistant to join our team and help us create seamless, beautiful experiences for every client.

This is not a photography or internship role it’s for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, loves keeping things organized, and takes pride in helping creative businesses thrive.

About the Role

This is a part-time, in-person role with some remote flexibility. You’ll assist with preparing for photo sessions, maintaining the studio space,

handling communication, and helping manage marketing and artwork delivery.

It’s a perfect fit for someone who is professional, warm, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment

• Stock and manage studio supplies (props, snacks, drinks, accessories)

• Assist with session prep: charge batteries, set up lighting/backdrops

• Support set design and overall client experience

• Manage scheduling and onboarding through our CRM system

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person

• Ensure a smooth client experience during photo sessions

• Review printed products and vendor work for quality

• Assist with marketing content, social media scheduling, and light admin tasks

• Package and deliver client artwork

• Excellent communicator verbal and written

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Organized and dependable

• Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)

• Self-motivated and open to learning new systems

Position Details

• Location: Braintree, MA and Canton MA

• Schedule: Part-time (with growth potential to full-time in 3–6 months)

• Compensation: $20/hour (based on experience)
